Ce-Ce Gerlach is an advocate for affordable housing and inclusive development policies based in Allentown, PA. She helped to found Allentown’s first homeless commission, among many other achievements.

Ce-Ce Gerlach is currently employed with Pennsylvania Stands Up. She is Pennsylvania Stands Up’s Lead Organizer, where she is responsible for community-building and engagement plans.

Alongside working with Pennsylvania Stands Up, Ce-Ce has spent countless hours working with Neighborhood Improvement Zone (NIZ). In addition, she has worked with the Children’s Home of Easton and the City of Allentown.

Ce-Ce managed a caseload of 68 individuals through a home health and mental health organization, Preventative Measures, that focused on educating and improving the community. Through her evaluations and assessments, she was able to create treatment plans that were tailored to each client’s unique needs. In addition to being an instructor, she also taught others how to manage their crises.
